ELIGIBILITY TRACKING
Probity Insurance will maintain accurate eligibility records, and make sure enrollments of new employees are handled on a timely basis. We will distribute summary plan descriptions to all employees including new hires and changes. We follow up on enrollments and terminations with each carrier/vendor.  We assemble & distribute new hire kits including other areas of importance such as the mandatory federal forms, W4 & I9.

CLAIM HANDLING
Your employees will be sending us their claims for further processing.  We want your employees to be worried free when it comes to claim handling.

TERMINATED EMPLOYEE ADMINISTRATION
When terminating an employee or when an employee decides to leave this triggers many areas governed by compliance issues. Failure to comply with any area of these laws results in huge penalties.

HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTING (Optional-Fees will be charged by the Consultant)
We work with many different HR Mangers.  These Managers will be able to consult with you and help your company achieve your goals.

EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

Probity Insurance is a believer in educating your employees about their benefits and how they fit into their personal lives both on a benefit level and cost level.

We view ourselves as being in partnership with our clients in creating a benefit program that delivers a true benefit for both employer and their employees. We assist your human resource department by developing
timely, informative and easy-to-understand communication materials for your employees.

Open Enrollment and New Hire Kits
These kits include cover letters with explanation and direction on how to complete the enrollment forms. They also include benefit summaries, and any other pertinent materials.

The process of building a successful relationship begins with a detailed outline of the services we will be providing...personalized employee enrollment meetings.  A comprehensive benefit overview provided to all full time employees at enrollment. In addition to a summary for all benefits, each employee will receive a packet explaining how to add or delete dependants, how to determine eligibility and premium sharing, and identifying provider networks and explaining other offerings such as Section 125 and voluntary benefits. New employee eligibility tracking. Online updating of enrollments and terminations. 

New hire materials and meetings provided as needed. We will contact
your new employees to be sure your plans are fully understood and
appreciated.

Summary Plan Description
Once an employee is enrolled in your company benefit program they will receive a summary description covering all benefits. These SPDs meet all ERISA requirements.
