Benefit Administration Outsourcing
The administration of benefit plans for any employer can be a challenge

Cobra Administration
We will first determine if your company qualifies to be administrated through Federal Cobra or Cal Cobra. Probity Insurance will outsource your Cobra Compliance. HIPPA is a major component, which again will be outsourced for your company. We use several different Third Party Administrators, which are IRS certified to handle your Federal Cobra Administration.

The Set up cost and the Administration of this service will be covered by Probity Insurance Services.
Our Services include but are not limited to:

Cafeteria Section 125 Plan, Premium Only Plan
Probity Insurance will outsource this benefit to Companies, which are IRS certified to handle the plan. Probity Insurance will handle the annual cost of the plan.

Employee Handbook
We highly recommend California Chamber of Commerce's site to our clients to write their Employee Handbook. Once you become our client, you will have access to this site and you can write your Employee Handbook according to what the Labor Lawyers recommend. This is a service, which Probity Insurance offers our current clients.

Consolidated Billing
You can now receive one bill for all your benefits. This option is available at a minimal cost to the employer.
